Greenline Activations LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the HempSafe certification platform at hempsafe.org. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights with respect to that information.

2. How We Use Your Information
- To process course enrollments and issue certifications
- To send transactional emails (enrollment confirmation, certificate delivery)

- To analyze usage and improve our platform

3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share your information only as necessary to provide our services:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
- HubSpot — CRM, email marketing, and meeting scheduling. Contact data is stored in HubSpot.
- Twilio — SMS delivery. Phone numbers you provide for SMS are transmitted to Twilio for message delivery. Twilio does not use your data for its own marketing purposes.
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — website analytics and event tracking.
- Meta (Facebook) — advertising pixel for conversion tracking (if applicable).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, track course progress, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality.
5. SMS / Text Message Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS messages, the following applies:
- We will send you automated text messages related to your account, enrollments, and promotional offers from HempSafe / Greenline Activations LLC.
- Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation and no further messages.
- For help: Reply HELP to any message or email info@hempsafe.org.
- Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Consent is not required to purchase or enroll in a course.
- Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. It is transmitted to Twilio solely for message delivery.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Certification records are retained for a minimum of 3 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP

9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure third-party processors. However, no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised effective date will be posted at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
